We are seeking a strategic, high-capacity Construction President to lead our commercial and industrial building operations across the Charlotte, NC region. This role reports directly to the CEO and oversees multiple offices delivering projects in commercial, light industrial, healthcare, office, and multifamily sectors. The Construction President will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for driving performance, strengthening market position, and ensuring excellence across all phases of project delivery. This executive will guide large, diverse teams; uphold rigorous standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction; and play a central role in shaping the companys longterm growth within the Carolinas. Duties Provide strategic leadership for all construction operations, aligning project execution with company goals and emerging market opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers across operations, project management, safety, and business development. Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for multiple largescale projects to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation. Implement bestinclass processes for project delivery, safety management, quality control, and operational workflow optimization. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners to support business development and repeat work. Guide organizational change initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions and project requirements. Direct programlevel oversight to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Lead strategic planning efforts to expand market presence, identify new opportunities, and enhance operational capabilities across the region.
