This executive will drive excellence in safety, quality, scheduling, and team development, ensuring production goals are met while consistently exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end steel production and fabrication processes Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines Lead and mentor plant managers, engineers, and fabrication teams Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and resource allocation Maintain strong client relationships and support business development Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies Ideal Candidate Profile We welcome applications from both seasoned executives and rising leaders ready to take the next significant step in their career.
