We are seeking a dynamic, national president to lead our national life sciences and healthcare portfolio across CM and GC project delivery. This role offers geographic flexibility and can be based anywhere in the U.S. with access to a major airport, as our projects span multiple regions. Reporting directly to the CEO in New York City, the ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in P&L management, operations oversight, client engagement, and team development. We’re looking for someone who can elevate an established group and drive strategic growth. Qualifications: Extensive experience managing construction projects in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Strong executive presence with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams. Project size and location are not critical — we value depth of expertise and leadership capability.
