A large commercial and institutional general contractor and construction manager in the Philadelphia, PA, area is seeking an EVP to oversee all operations for the firm. This is a succession hire who will one day become president. We seek someone who has overseen $100M or more of a P&L construction operation and has a stable job history from a big project contractor or CM firm. We will relocate for the right person.
