We seek a Vice President of Operations and Divisional Manager for a national construction manager and developer of commercial and light industrial buildings in Atlanta, GA. The role reports to the president and oversees all construction operations and personnel for the GA region. Projects include build-to-suit and construction management services for own account and third-party developers and owners of office, retail, self-storage, warehouse, and distribution facilities. We are unconcerned with their project-specific background since we seek people leadership skills rather than technical project skills. The growth opportunity for this position is oversight of national clients and projects and, ultimately, the presidency. We're looking for an experienced construction executive from a reputable general contractor or CM who has overseen multiple midsize and large projects and teams. However, we are open to considering an up-and-comer ready to take their career to the next level.
